The municipality is looking for a party/team for the development, organizing and realizing of up to 190 homes in the Muidenbuurt, consisting of 5060% free sector owner -occupied homes and 4050% medium -term rental properties. In addition, a non -residential program is part of this development task, consisting of a daycare center and a neighborhood hub. There is room for parking, partial mobility and additional neighborhood facilities in the Buurthub that ensure interaction between residents. The emphasis within this tender is on nature inclusiveness. The spatial task is to connect to the characteristics of the Muidenbuurt, with the focus on green and nature -inclusive building. Selection, program, spatial quality, team and experience and the integrality of the plan are selected.
