- This tender relates to the Architecture Design Service and related advisory services for the renovation of Roerdomplaan 42 in Rotterdam and describes the way in which the selection takes place. Part of this assignment is also the design of the construction, installation concept and building physical advice. Based on the VO Op Zuid covenant (d.d. 2018), together with the school boards (CVO, LMCVO and BOOR) and the municipality of Rotterdam that Portus Juliana will move to the school building at Roerdomplaan 42 and will be given the space to grow to 600 pupils. Portus Juliana is a Christian school for secondary education where both the theoretical learning path and the mixed learning path are offered. Portus Juliana is currently housed at Talingstraat 6 in Rotterdam.
