Description:
The aim of this European public tender is the delivery, placement and delivery of 15 flex homes that comply with the Building Decree (permanent). This tender is carried out in accordance with a European public procedure as described in the Procurement Act 2012. The contracting authority wishes to enter into an agreement with a contractor who specializes in the delivery, placement and delivery of flex homes that comply with the Building Decree. The contracting authority has a location available for this purpose on the Binnenweg in Rhenen for the next 10 years. Afterwards the houses will be moved to another location. The Flex homes are part of a larger plan to illuminate the housing shortage that also affects Rhenen. The municipality of Rhenen is investigating the possibilities of realizing 150 flex homes for the end of 2026, spread over several locations. The Flex homes become available as social rental homes for starters, young people, status holders, singles, and emergency seekers.
