For Schiphol it is very important that the correct number of skilled employees, tailored to the expected work offer, is used on the required positions. On the basis of forecast data (flights, passengers, projects), Schiphol is calculated by the work offer within the different processes. As a result, a personnel planning is drawn up and the required number of temporary workers for peak, illness and projects are determined.
