Description: The subject of this tender, the intended assignment, consists of fixed telephony, combined with telephone functionalities. It includes the following services and deliveries:
a) Delivery of fixed telephony (taps) and telephone devices;
b) Delivery connectivity/SIP trunks;
c) Delivery of a telephony platform with functional fixed/mobile integration based on an app on the mobile phone.
d) migration and implementation of the services;
e) training to managers and users;
f) Support for users of the telephony services;
g) service and maintenance (SLA) to maintain the agreed services;
h) deliveries that are necessary for the proper implementation of the service.
Mobile telephony falls outside the scope of this tender. The municipality of Dronten is taking part in the collective tender Mobile from VNG.
