Description:
The European tender concerns the provision of Telecommunication as a service. So, apart from a few fixed telephones and headsets, no hardware is requested.
The Agreement consists of the provision of the following services for the Beveland organizations, a and aother as further specified in the Specifications:
1. Telecommunications provision, peripherals and functionalities;
2. Contact center environment and functionalities;
3. SIP trunk infrastructure:
o Central SIP trunk for municipalities of Borsele, Kapelle and Noord-Beveland;
o Linking existing GT Vast SIP infrastructuretrunk infrastructure (municipalities of Goes and Reimerswaal).
