This team (6 FTE) is responsible for the management of technical automation within the water board. With the available knowledge and expertise, the craftsmanship, a contribution will be made to the entire organization to successful projects and change tasks. The employee to be rented has many years of experience ( 10 years) in the field of technical automation (process automation) and knows the tricks of the trade. He/she knows how to explain and use the specific characteristics of the TA (availability/robustness) in order to make a contribution to automation projects in an agile. The employee to be hired will do this as a technical manager as part of an IPM team. In the IPM team he/she is the pivot why everything will run. The technical manager knows how to connect the right disciplines and will take the team with his soft-skill competencies (communication, empathy, etc).
