Description:
The Province of South Holland intends to conclude an Agreement with a single Contractor for the technical management and maintenance (preventive, corrective and systematic) of building parts A, B, D and E of the Provinciehuis in The Hague, including installations on the site, the parking garage and the stormten buildings at 7 outdoor locations in the Province. The maintenance concerns the disciplines of Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Transport.
Part of the assignment is the 'new power station' project: the renovation of building section A0 in the provincial government building into a new control center.
OptionSometimes sustainability projects and projects related to the housing functionality are also carried out within the agreement. The implementation of these projects still depends on administrative decisions to be taken and sufficient budget.
