Description:
The province of Zuidholland intends to conclude an agreement with one contractor for the technical management and maintenance (preventive, corrective and planned) of the building parts A, B, D and E of the Provinciehuis in The Hague including installations on the site, the parking garage And the outdoor buildings at 7 outdoor locations in the province. Maintenance concerns the disciplines of Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Transport. Part of the assignment makes the "New Central" project: the renovation of building part A0 in the provincial government into a new control center. Optionally, sustainability projects and projects in connection with the housing functionality are also carried out within the agreement. Performing these projects still depends on still to be taken administrative decisions and sufficient budget.
