TU Delft owns and manages all its own real estate. For that reason, safeguarding knowledge within the real estate organization and external contractors is an important point of attention. This requires quality, involvement, understanding and cooperation of the party to be contracted, both with TU Delft, as well aswith the other external (advice and executive) parties.
TU Delft wishes to enter into a long-term and sustainable collaborations with its contractors by means of a non-public tender for technical advisory services.
