- The purpose of this tender procedure is to conclude an agreement with one supplier for 'Talent management solution' by means of an award.
The contract of the current talent management solution, which supports the performance, learning and recruitment process, expires at the end of 2024. Itthe intention is to select a new solution for TU Delf and to start implementation in October 2023. The intention is to take Performance Management into production on January 1, 2024, followed by the implementation of Learning around June 2024 and the implementation at a time to be determined.Recruitment.
The planned effective date of the Agreement is 10/13/2023 and the Agreement will run until
10/12/2031 at the latest. The fixed term of the Agreement is five (5) years, with an option to extend for a maximum of 3 times 24 months. The Agreement ends no later than eight (8)year by operation of law.
