- This tendering procedure aims to conclude an agreement with one supplier for "Talent Management Solution" by means of award. The contract of the current talent management solution, which supports performance, learning and recruitment process, expires at the end of 2024. The intention is to select a new solution for TU Delf and start the implementation on October 2023. The aim is to take performance management into production on January 1, 2024, followed by the implementation of learning around June 2024 and at a time to be determined the implementation of recruitment. The planned effective date of the agreement is 13102023 and the agreement runs up to 12102031. The fixed duration of the agreement is five (5) years, with an option to extend a maximum of 3 times 24 months. The agreement ends by operation of law after eight (8) years.
