Description:
The aim of this tender is to conclude a framework agreement with a market party for the implementation of temporary traffic measures for (infrastructure) work (both emergency and regular work) on roads owned and/or managed by the municipality of Amsterdam. To be safe To be able to work and to ensure that the work runs smoothly, appropriate traffic measures must be taken.
In terms of content, the service consists of:
Drawing up and having traffic plans approved
Taking traffic measures
Deployment of traffic controllers
Install and remove of marketing material
Submit BLVC plan (Accessibility, Livability, Safety and Communication)
Plot 1 Take temporary traffic measures in the event of emergencies
Take temporary traffic measures in the event of emergencies
This concerns urgent (infrastructure) work in the event of emergencies on owned roads and/or management of the municipality of Amsterdam. In order to work safely and to ensure that the work runs smoothly, correct traffic measures must be taken. Because every project is unique and every traffic situation is different, appropriate traffic measures must be taken. This is from the contractor expects that it will ensure urgent consultation and coordination with other stakeholders such as the municipality of Amsterdam, surrounding local and regional authorities, emergency services, public transport, etc.
