Description:
The aim of the tender is to conclude an agreement with one service provider in the field of conducting the investigation into the progress regarding the transition to the new pension system for the transition monitor. On July 1, 2023, the Future Pensions Act entered into force. With the Pensions Beveling (WTP) Act, the revision of the Dutch pension system, as agreed by Social Partners and the Government and the Government and as laid down in the Pension Agreement, is given substance. Now that the law has been passed by both rooms, the transition work for the sector can start. Until 1 January 2028, pension providers and social partners are given the time to make the switch to the new pension contract, the so -called transition period. In view of the extent of this transition, the nature of the decisions and the time path of the transition period, it was agreed during the parliamentary process to monitor the progress of the transition.
