Description:
On January 1, 2020, the Balanced Labor Market Act (Wab) (with the exception of some parts) was introduced.
The Wab maintains the regulations in the field of flexible employment, dismissal law and unemployment insurance, so that the system supports employers and employees when entering into an employment relationshipmatch their needs and the nature of the work. The measures are an extension of the Work and Security Act (Wwz). With the Wwz, steps have been taken to offer flexible employees more security, to make dismissal law clearer, simpler and cheaper and to activate unemployment benefits.to make.
This study concerns a monitor and evaluation of the Wab. The Wab's main target groups are employees (including bogus self-employed persons), jobseekers and employers/hirers. They should be involved in the research. In addition, the Client wants the experience of othersto have those involved investigated, such as legal aid providers, judges and implementing bodies.
