Description:
Hogeschool Utrecht intends to make its real estate portfolio more sustainable. Each building of Hogeschool Utrecht must meet the EU standards, using the 70kWh/M2 standard.
The implementation period, as planned now, will take place from 2026-2030 and will be realized as much as possible in co-creation with a supplier to be contracted.
Due to the financial size, a European tender will be carried out and a contract will be concluded on the basis of that.
Planned publication date is at the beginning of September 2025.
