Description:
Under current legislation, IMG has insufficient options to prevent future damage from earthquakes. An amendment to the Groningen Temporary Act has been requested for this purpose. In anticipation of the entry into force of this amendment, the Minister of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy has published a Temporary Mandatebased on which the IMG can and may implement Sustainable Recovery. This means that IMG now has the opportunity not only to repair damage, but also to take measures to significantly reduce the chance of future damage. For the DZH program this means that there are cunstructive measures in homes can be implemented to prevent repeat damage. For the implementation of DZH, IMG intends to contract 3 parties to carry out research, design and implementation. This is the purpose of this tender. At the same time, a tendering process is underway for de contracting of 1 party for construction management (202209017).
