Description:
The municipality of Bergen op Zoom owns approximately 50 vehicles to carry out daily activities. It has been decided to lease the vehicles in the future, whereby the municipality wants to be completely unburdened. Together with the contractor, the municipality of Bergen op Zoom wants a suitable / sustainable waset up gene park. After the final award, the Client wishes to immediately start the ordering process for the deployment of the vehicles to be replaced with full-operational lease contracts with the new Contractor. The assignment mainly comprises the following activities: Advising on the deploymentvehicles The delivery of vehicles ordered by the Client. Keeping the vehicles operational and in good condition Coordination, management and administrative settlement of insurance, motor vehicle tax, preventive and corrective maintenance, claims handling and fines The assignmentThe terms and conditions are further described and included in the SoR.
