Description:
Renovation and new construction of WWTP Zeist with the ambition to realize the WWTP as a sustainable and circular treatment plant using, among other things, the Verdygo system. Within a construction team, the preliminary design will be developed into a final design. The contractor will hereafter vare responsible for the elaboration into an implementation design.
A choice has already been made for the Nereda(r) technology. Within the construction team, Royal HaskoningDHV will sit at the table as a construction team partner and will provide the knowledge and input for the Nereda(r) technology. When realized she willare responsible for the Nereda(r) internals. Additional agreements will be made about this during the construction team phase. The contractor must bring the necessary knowledge and expertise to further design the treatment and integrate the Nereda(r) technology.
Publication of the contract is pending.scheduled for 15 May 2023. The new treatment plant must be operational by the end of 2027 at the latest.
