- The aim of the tender is to contract a contractor(s) who, at the request of GVB, carry out surveying work and/or soil surveys and/or write accessibility, safety, quality of life and communication (BLVC) plans. All this in the context of preparation for railwaysrenovation projects in the Tram track area. The Orders for these services are marketed as separate lots as follows: • Lot 1 Surveying activities, • Lot 2 Soil surveys, and • Lot 3 BLVC plans. The Tenderer is permitted to submit a Tender for:or 1, 2 or all 3 lots. A Tenderer can be awarded the Contract for all lots.
