Description:
In order to get a good picture of the real estate that the municipality of Groningen owns, part of this real estate must be measured. For the preparation of a route map "Sustainable Social Real Estate", the client would like to know exactly how many m2 real estate there is. In total there must beApproximately 300,000 m2 GFA are measured and for 43,000 m2, GFA and VVO must be measured. As a contracting authority, we are looking for a party that can do this for us. In the total, it concerns approximately 207 objects of which only the BVO has to be determined at 179 and from 28 the BVO and theVVO. The objects must be measured in accordance with NEN2580 and the measurement report and measuring certificate must be drawn up in accordance with NTA2581 (a type A measurement). Insofar as not included in the measurement report, an aerial photo or situation sketch must be clearly indicated which object has been measured. PleaseWe want to know which parties are interested in the execution of this assignment. We would also like to receive a provisional quotation or price estimate for this assignment when you register. The parties can report until Friday, April 4, 2025 12.00o'clock.
