The purpose of this RFI is to facilitate information exchange between SURF and the Interested Parties. In addition, the purpose of the procedure is to obtain informationto gather the market in preparation for a possible Tender. The RFI focuses on the content of the assignment, the process of a possible Tender and on the market itself. By gaining insights through this RFI, SURF can assess the feasibility of the assignment, the conditions for a possibleDefine the tender and validate its existing ideas and requirements before starting the actual Tender process.

A market consultation is therefore not considered part of the tender procedure itself, but is a preparatory step to improve the quality of a potentialto increase enrollment. Participation in this market consultation does not automatically imply participation in a Tender Procedure, nor are you obliged to do so.
