• Description:
• The Assignment concerns the conclusion of one Framework Agreement with one entrepreneur for the performance of all activities that must be carried out in accordance with legal obligations under the WIA, ZW and Gatekeeper Improvement Act. NOTE: Monday An Information Meeting will take place via Teams on March 16 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM. See section 4.3.1 of the guidance for more information. The Contractor must support the Contracting Authority professionally and independently in its implementation tasks as a self-risk bearer for the Sickness Benefits Act and the WGA, and in the reintegration of Clients in the first, second and third track (particularly occupational examination). The Services are aimed at achieving sustainable employability, limiting damages and compliance with legal obligations under the WIA, ZW and Gatekeeper Improvement Act. The Services mainly include the following activities within the applicable law and regulations (including ZW, WIA Act, GDPR and professional guidelines) and mainly contains: Insurance medical services within the framework of the WGA Own Risk Bearership, including: carrying out insurance medical examinations to assess the current resilience of Clients, also in relation to the most recently adopted Functional Possibilities List (FML) of the UWV; carrying out insurance medical examinations to assess whether there is complete and permanent disability (IVA); preparing and substantiating it of reassessment requests from the UWV based on the results of the aforementioned studies; carrying out a professional assessment of the chance of success of reassessment requests at the UWV or objection and appeal procedures (screening); It providing insurance medical advice for, among other things, reintegration (consultation with insurance doctor). acting as a physician authorized on behalf of the Client as a self-risk bearer for the Sickness Benefits Act and the WGA in objection and/or (higher) appeal procedures against decisions of the UWV, ex...
