Description:
Description: The agreement consists of drawing up a program plan followed by performing the three partial assignments (pillars) from the Transition Vision heat: for the three focus neighborhoods, Hapert-Noord, Hapert-Center and Casteren, goes Develop the municipality of district execution plans (WUPs). In 1 of these 3 neighborhoods, a pilot will first be started in 2022 or 2023 (in accordance with Council Decree). In addition, the municipality will conduct research into the possibility of using the sewage treatment plant on Castersedijk as a heat source for heating part of the Kern Bladel and the possible application of Zonthermie from the business roofs of business park De Key and the Kempisch Bedrijventerrein; Finally, the municipality is used for insulating and making natural gas-free-learning homes. For this, the municipality draws up a generic insulation approach/program for the entire municipality of Bladel. The agreement ends when the program plan and all three sub -assignments have been delivered. The expected effective date of the agreement is November 1, 2022.
