- The project scope consists of the following components: Producing corporate and public events, which includes: Practical support, organization and implementation during the event (both at PoR locations and at external locations); Audio visual services (light,sound, screens, etc.); Deploying event staff such as technical staff, promotional staff, hosts and hostesses; Post-processing of the recordings and live streams of the hybrid and/or digital events; Supplying, installing and cleaning up event equipment (stage, tents, etc.)). Providing, setting up, monitoring during the event and managing and dismantling technical facilities for (online, physical and combined) corporate and public events such as videos, live streams, webinars (at the supplier's location or at PoR itself).
