• Description:
• The reason for carrying out this tender is the fact that the current agreement expires. The contracting authority intends to conclude a new agreement with one contractor. The framework agreement relates to the delivery of plant material, mostly trees and forest plants.
  InOctober the desired trees and plants are selected at the supplier of the plant material on location of the grower. These are then delivered in the months of November to March at the indicated locations of the contracting authority.
  The agreement to be concluded must be "future -proofto be. This means that the agreement must grow with the changes that will take place during the term of the agreement. This may include the disposal of organizational units, merging or expanding locations or a changing need for whichthe contracting authority does not yet know.
  If the contractor cannot provide products and/or services (in time) in accordance with the agreement, the contracting authority reserves the right to purchase this (temporarily) with a third party after any written notice of default, withoutThat this leads to liability towards the contractor.
