Description:
This tender concerns the supply of Parts for military aviation equipment. Part / Parts are the defined Standard Parts and Expendables, as defined in the definition list of the selection guide. A list of Parts and relevant data will be shared during theaward stage.
The Contracting Authority aims to outsource the supply of Parts for multiple military (weapon) systems with the aim of relieving the Contracting Authority of the delivery, handling and distribution of these Parts.
At various locations of the Tenderthe Service (hereinafter "Delivery Points"), daily maintenance is carried out on aircraft. During maintenance, Parts must be replaced with factory new Parts.
22,800 part numbers are currently part of the scope of this Tender. During the execution of heIn the intended contract, the Parts must be made available to the Contracting Authority in an optimized, efficient and cost-effective manner. With the intended contract, the Contracting Authority aims to meet the current and future need for Parts.
After an implementationWith a maximum period of four (4) months, the execution period of the contract starts for a period of sixty (60) months. In addition, the Contracting Authority has two (2) options to extend the implementation period per option by twelve (12) months.
