- Description:
- RET intends to enter into an Agreement with one Contractor for the provision of printing services. This service includes the supply and rental of multifunctionals, cloud-based print and scan management software, all-in maintenance and related services.
Within the scope of the Agreement the following parts are covered:
- The supply of (repro)multifunctionals and printers on a rental basis.
- Providing and maintaining print and scan management software for authorization and secure printing via follow-me (pull print).
- The implementation of the systems and facilities that form part of the Agreement.
- Providing any necessary training for users and/or administrators.
- Carrying out maintenance and service work on the supplied equipment.
- Supplying consumables that are directly related to service provision, such as waste toner containers.
- Centrally managing and monitoring the equipment using a management tool.
- Providing a monthly report from this tool
Optional services:
1. After the current plotter contract (2027/2028) expires This agreement to be concluded also plotters are purchased.
- The supplier can provide support in setting up home workplaces.
- Supplying printer and copy paper
The following are excluded from the scope of the Assignment:
- Providing printing work.
