• Description:
• The scope of the assignment concerns the supply of earth-moving equipment, including associated maintenance, inspections and, where necessary, the temporary rental of machines with main CPV code: 432000005 Earth-moving and excavators, and associated parts. The option consists of both new and used equipment to be purchased/rented. Within 6 weeks after the effective date of the framework agreement, the contracting authority will rent a 6 to 7 tonne mobile excavator (see Price Sheet cell B14) from the contractor. This is to bridge the period until the delivery of the new excavator (see Price sheet cell G7). The contracting authority will also rent a 5 to 6 ton shovel (See Price Sheet cell B16) from the contractor within 6 weeks after the effective date of the framework agreement. The scope of the assignment includes: 1. Direct purchase of at least one earth-moving machine: o 6/7 ton mobile excavator (tire crane) 2. Expected purchase for the coming years: o 1 mobile excavators
