Description:
The provincial organization of the province of Fryslân is on the move. Our environment, the tasks that come to us and the requirements that are made to our work are rapidly changing pace. The results of the various studies carried out by the province (spring and summer 2022) confirm this image and show that it is necessary to further develop our organization. The organization has to work with fewer people and resources for the Mienskip and yet continue to meet the (complex) questions from society. This was the reason for an organization Development process (OENO). Part of this development process are: 1. Leadership Development process (LOT) 2. Team development process (up to). To set up and support the above two processes, we are looking for 1 agency that can give substance to this. Both processes are related to each other and cannot therefore be regarded as two separate processes.
