Description : The Scheldestromen water board has drawn up a water board management program with policies and measures for the period 2022-2027. This organisation-wide program outlines the plans for the water board's primary tasks and for organisation-wide subjects, such as sustainability.d and climate. There is a need for a translation of this plan in order to give direction to the activities within the Waste Water Chain Department. This translation must also include new tasks that have a major impact on the future of the waste water chain, such as the renewed EuropeanUrban Wastewater Directive and the strategic vision "Towards Climate Neutrality" of the Association of Water Authorities. The document must therefore provide insight into taskings, the necessary measures and an estimate for the short term (WBP planning period 2022-2027) and for the long term (until 2050).ng of personnel and financial consequences. The subject of the assignment is a strategic policy memorandum for the Waste Water Chain Department of the Scheldestromen Water Board, with a vision, a description of the task, strategy, measures, agreements on operational management (within the department), and an analysisof the impact.
