The guests of WUR are housed a short distance from the campus so that the travel time for guests is limited. WUR now has years of experience in collaboration with hotels in the vicinity ofWageningen what has resulted in the starting points for the current procedure. This open house is aimed at hotel companies in Wageningen e.o. Within a radius of 12 km from Droevendaalsesteeg 4, 6708 PB Wageningen. Here you will find the annual subtender which aims to closeUmbrella agreements (with a duration up to 2038) with all suppliers who meet the requirements for delivering hotel nights in Wageningen and the like. Including associated services. Separate registration tenders (sub tenders) have been created per registration period (annually).Once admitted to the Open House, registration is not necessary. You will find further information in the main tender: Open House 'Hotel nights Wageningen e.o. Including associated services' with reference number T31392, with a duration of 2023 - 2038.
