Description : Scope: Manufacturing and Delivery of High Voltage Substation Automation Equipment, ancillary goods and services in TenneT's HV grid in The Netherlands and Germany: Lot 1: Substation Automation for conventional substations in The Netherlands according to IEC 104/101 (approximately €15 Mio). Lot 2: Substation Automation for substations in Germany according to IEC 104 (approximately €15 Mio). Lot 3: Substation Automation for Bay Replacement Program substations in The Netherlands according to IEC61850 (approximately €10 Mio).
Training of TenneT staff to perform engineering tasks is to be offered; can be ordered optionally. On-site support is to be offered.
The tendering process consists of 2 phases:

Phase 2: Offer phase; after the selection of candidates, TenneT will directly start the Offer phase with a Call for tender (ITT, RFQ, Initial bid, Test and Verification Phase, Negotiation, Best and Final Offer, Final Awarding).
