- Student transport takes place on the basis of the Primary Education Act, the Expertise Centers Act, the Secondary Education Act, the Municipal Regulation and Policy Rules, the Passenger Transport Act and the decisions taken according to these laws. With the tender, the client wants to ensure that it takes care of quality, customer -oriented and sustainable student transport for a market price for residents. The assignment includes both the direction and the execution of the transport. Direction is understood to mean drawing up the ride planning, the ride registration, complaint handling and information provision to the client and parents and/or carers. Implementation is understood to mean the transport of students to and from schools within the Netherlands.
