• The assignment concerns the total settlement of the stories of claims in the public space. It concerns the entire process after reporting the damage to the contractor up to and including the financial settlement. The process includes:  The establishment and registration of damage.  Finding out the liable party (s).  recovering the damage from the liable party (s).  The financial settlement of the claims. Every year, about € 200,000.00 in recoverable damage is caused in public spaces. These damage ensure an unpleasant and unsafe living environment. It is therefore important that damage to municipal property is quickly restored and that the costs involved in this are recovered from the perpetrator. It is of social importance to show that strictly and consistent action is taken against causes of damage to municipal property.
