Description: Announcement In case of voluntary transparency in advance of Amsterdam, the service wants to encourage ' stimulating language development and enriching language environment ' and wishes to order a party that creates a collaboration as an organizer/contractor Between care and welfare organizations, the municipality and other social partners and ensures that children from 2 to 8 years with a language deficiency at home receive extra attention and are read. Their parents are encouraged to create a language-rich environment. The municipality of Amsterdam expects from the organizer/performer of this service that after reporting from education, care and/or welfare professionals, they link a child/family to a trained volunteer who for 20 weeks the family supports. They read, do language games and stimulate parents with language and reading development.
