It offers complete unburdening for all homeowners in insulation, (cavity, floor, roof and glass) on the house with a focus on owner -occupied homes with a low energy label D, E, F, G i.c.m. A low WOZ value and special attention for homeowners with energy poverty. We perform it in phases and start with the NIP group. In this way we combine sustainability with saving on energy costs. Possibly the package of measures will be expanded later with, for example, placing hybrid pumps, solar panels or ventilation
