Description:
The Assignment with reference 1-D-13060-23 that is described in this Descriptive Document is about the program 'Starten in Rotterdam', part of the preliminary phase of integration in Rotterdam.
Due to the arrival of the Civic Integration Act 2021, a new situation has arisen in which the Municipality now has the rstrategy and responsibility to offer a suitable (purchased) integration program together with the Rotterdam status holder (as soon as possible). In the new situation, the program 'Starting in Rotterdam' is part of the Broad Intake (in the context of the integration process oon the basis of the Civic Integration Act 2021).
The program is a facility that provides both the status holder and the municipality with important insights into the participant's language development, various skills, motivation and learning ability. All information retrieved from the Broad Intake supports the Staholder and the Municipality in determining an appropriate follow-up route.
