• Description:
• The client intends to initiate a multiple private tender in 2026 for the acquisition of a digital Start Portal for fire brigade volunteers, available as a mobile application and, if available, as a web environment. The starting portal supports Single SignOn (SSO) and API connections with other applications. Fire brigade volunteers are facilitated via the digital start portal to manage their own data, declarations, look up information and work on their own professional competence. At the same time, the professional organization has been relieved and the data quality of a number of the important core registrations has been increased. The Client is looking for one Contractor for: 1) Acquiring, setting up and managing a digital starting point for fire brigade volunteers, which serves as a central point for digital services to volunteers; 2) The application makes it possible to easily access via a private mobile phone and optionally via a browser to the information, applications and contact details of the Fryslân Safety Region that are relevant to the fire brigade volunteers; 3) From the secure app, all relevant applications (Safety Passport, AFAS, Canvas, etc.) that are linked via SSO can be accessed. can be accessed without having to go through a separate login procedure for each application.
