The assignment concerns the selection, implementation/migration and management of a new course administration and student administration. SSR strives for modular IV landscape in which independent components work together via (residual) APIs. This means that the different systems - of potential Different suppliers can be replaced independently of each other. Hereby the administrative back office components are executed as standard out or the box components and SSRSp -specific differentiation takes place via customized workflows in combination with customized made portals. The image below shows what the IV landscape should look like. The Roodomrande components form the focus of this market survey. The course administration focuses on recording the training offer and the students' administration On the recording of students with their participations, course results and portfolio. The attached information model provides insight into the relevant concepts that can be managed within the course and student administration. Primarily it is about the course and student administration. It by ssr Replacement system also contains other components (including workflow and reporting). The strategy described above is based on independent components that work together. We therefore also ask you to accept the questions regarding the part of the course and student administration associated components ". Within scope of the assignment it falls at least: • Delivery/licenses of software components • The course and student administration • Implementation of the software • Training and commissioning in the workplace • Link with other parts • (Management and management and maintenance) Besides scope of the assignment, at least: • The other parts in the sketch of future architecture • Realizing the infrastructure
