Description: The Contractor Buha BV intends to enter into an agreement with one contractor for ' Sport fields maintenance '. This concerns the following sub-assignments:- Standard Machine maintenance including Mowing- robot mowing for the sub-assignment 2 applies That the client, based on the submitted registrations, wants to make a consideration whether it is going to mowing robot. In the event that this is chosen, the regular mowing work for sub -assignment 1. The aim is to enter into the agreement on 1 January 2023. The agreement will be entered into for a period of 5 years and will expire on December 31, 2027. This period has this duration given the ' possible ' choice for plot robotic mowers, the depreciation period of 5 years has been taken into account. BUHA BV wants to achieve the realization of the new contract by means of a (reserved) European tender. BUHA BV has started a European public tendering procedure for this. The tendering of this agreement takes place according to the ARW 2016.
