- In the context of the Municipal Debt Assistance Act (Wgs), it is a legal task of the Municipality to help residents with debts. The Municipality provides this for private individuals with problematic debts through the Amsterdam Neighborhood Teams. Entrepreneurs can also use thisGiven their specific problems, there is a need for specialized debt assistance aimed at sustainably solving the entrepreneur's debt problems. The Municipality understands sustainable solutions as: the financial position of the Entrepreneur is such that he/she can manage the businesscan continue or end in a controlled manner with a debt-free perspective. The Municipality considers it very important that failures are prevented as much as possible during the debt assistance processes. The Municipality is therefore looking for specialized debt counselors who help entrepreneursto guide, motivate and stimulate food.
