- GVB intends to start a European tender in the second quarter of 2024 for the specialist cleaning of Metro stations Oostlijn (OL), Ringlijn (RL) and Tram stops Amstelveen line (AVL), Uitoornlijn (UHL), IJtram and Tram GRS (rectifier stations) . Specialist cleaning means the cleaning of objects that have a direct relationship with the technical condition and operation. This concerns, for example, the periodic (monthly, three monthly, half -yearly, annual) deep cleaning of station access, cutting walls, light lines, lifts, lift shafts, escalators, platform technical rooms, the removal of graffiti (also part of the Public Transport Security Arrangement Amsterdam) etc. The tender concerns the following parts: • Periodic cleaning maintenance stations and rectifier buildings OL, RL, AVL and UHL; • Stem cleaning periodically, both secondary or monthly; • Cleaning floors, escalators, lift bottoms and technical spaces; • Graffiti cleaning (larger than 30x30 cm).
