- Description: In the context of the Sustainability and Current Policy Goals of the municipality of Amsterdam (Route Card Amsterdam Climate Neutral 2050), the properties owned and management of municipal real estate wishes to make it possible to place solar panels on the Roof. Work consists of delivery & installing and management & maintenance of solar power systems on the roofs of around 21 buildings of municipal real estate with a total capacity of approximately 700 kilowatt peak (KWP). The solar panels must be connected to the electrical installations of the buildings. The tender also includes a maintenance contract for a period of 5 years. The assignment is divided into 3 plots. The municipality wishes to conclude a framework agreement with a supplier per parcel. The estimated (initial) order value is € 300,000 per plot. The maximum assignment value is € 2,000,000.
