Working in small teaching groups with students from freshDifferent cultural backgrounds add great value to the learning process: by investigating and discussing problems from different perspectives, students are confronted with alternative views that increase the quality of the discussion. Learning in an 'international classroom'therefore offers good preparation for the rapidly changing, globalizing labor market.
