Description:
The purpose of this tender process is to conclude one Framework Agreement for:
Supply of user rights (licenses) and maintenance/support on user rights (licenses and/or software assurance (SA)) from end manufacturers or software suppliers for office automation, task applicationsand adjacent underlying server software. Also included is the possibility to purchase ad-hoc additional services with regard to these products. This is emphatically not custom-made software, but COTS (Commercial Off The Shelf) software, which is therefore not specifically intended forve of the Client has been developed;
Providing consultancy (substantive advice and execution of implementations and other additional services). with regard to Cloud platforms (In any case Azure, AWS and Google Cloud) and to provide the associated support. It is express hereto use Microsoft Azure (or one of the other Amazon or Google products) IaaS and PaaS.
