Description:
The aim of this tendering process is to conclude one framework agreement for: delivering user rights (licenses) and maintenance/support on user rights (licenses and/or software assurance (SA)) of final manufacturers or software suppliers for office automation, task applications and adjacent underlying server software. Included is also the possibility to purchase ad hoc additional services with regard to these products. This explicitly is not a customized software but Cots (Commercial Off the Shelf) software, which is therefore not specifically developed for the client; Delivery of consultancy (substantive advice and implementation of implementations and other additional service extension). with regard to cloud platforms (at least Azure, AWS and Google Cloud) and the associated support. This is explicitly concerned Microsoft Azure (or one of the other products Amazon or Google) Iaas and Easter use.
