This Specification contains information about and is part of the European tender 'Software Asset Management services' according to the 'Public tender' procedure for the Road Traffic Department (RDW).
The RDW would like to invite you to submit a Tender.
Through this tenderthe RDW is looking for a new (knowledge) partner for Software Asset Management.
The services to be outsourced under the framework agreement consist of:
- Periodically carrying out a license count (DIM) upon request for the aforementioned 5 software lines from the top 12 ;
- The periodic determination upon requestand of the license position (LC) for the aforementioned 5 software lines from the top 12;
- Periodically providing advice on optimization upon request (Ron 12;
- On an ad hoc basis, upon request, support with the other activities that the RDW carries out itself, possibly also outside the top 12 (consultancy).
- The possibility of adding new software lines (contracts) to the agreement and other to be removed in order to be able to respond tochanges in the software landscape
