- This concerns the consultation and provision of (additional) social-medical advice to the municipality of Eindhoven and the Joint Regulations for the Eindhoven Region Employment Board (GRWRE) for the benefit of an assessment process that has been initiated, so that, at the request of a resident, within the set time limittime a careful decision can be made. This concerns the assessment of applications:
- Facilities in the context of the Social Support Act (Wmo);
- Facilities in the context of the Youth Act;
- Claim-oriented applications for a disabled parking card (GPK);
- De Participatie law; not aimed at reintegration;
o Claim-oriented applications for special assistance
o Labor expert investigations in the context of the individual study allowance
o Obligations, exemptions and provisions related to the Participation Act and related regulations (such as IOAW,IOAZ)
- Participation Act; aimed at reintegration;
- Medical advice that is required under other legislation.
