Assignment
Contracting authority intends, through this European public procurement procedure, to contract one (1) Contractor to supply, implement and keep a social map permanently up to date. The assignment includes the following items:
- The delivery and implementation of ICT- performance that serves as a social card in the corporate identity of the municipality of Apeldoorn for making content available to residents.
- Delivering local, regional and national content that is already known to the tenderer and is relevant to the municipality.
- Already by municipality collected content iread and process.
- Filling and keeping content within the social map up to date.
- Functional management.
Award
The contract is awarded using the award criterion Best Price Quality Ratio (BPKV) with a ratio of 20/80.
Duration and effective date of agreement
The agreementThe entry has a term of five (5) years with an annual extension option of fifteen (15) times thereafter. The intended commencement date of the agreement is June 1, 2024.
Estimate
The estimated value of the assignment is € 600,000 for the entire term of the agreement (20 years). The noisemthe value is also the ceiling amount (KO).
